To request a refund, clients must submit a written request via email to our designated refund department.The refund request should include a detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund, along with any supporting evidence.Our team will review the request within 10 business days and provide a response.

Refund Assessment:

If granted, refunds will be calculated according to the work done and any expenses spent up until the refund request.For any administrative or other costs spent specifically for the project, our agency maintains the right to keep a portion of the payment that is appropriate in amount.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Refunds will not be given in the following circumstances:Modifications to the project specifications after the contract has been signed.Unhappiness with the aesthetics or personal preferences.Delays brought on by the client's failure to supply essential data or resources.

Timelines and Payment Processing:

If a refund is approved, the client will be notified of the refund amount and the expected timeline for processing the payment.We will make every effort to process the refund in a prompt and timely manner.

Payment Disputes:

In the event of a payment dispute initiated by the client through their financial institution, we will work collaboratively with the client to address the issue and reach a satisfactory resolution.If the dispute is resolved in favor of the client and a refund is warranted, we will abide by the decision and proceed with the refund process outlined in this policy.
